Sales Coordinator cum Admin Clerk
Responsibilities:
- Performs all general administrative tasks;
- Handles incoming/outgoing mails and answering phone calls, include customer’s inquiry;
- Provides administrative support to the sales and service department;
- Generate Quotation, Delivery Order & Invoices;
- Any other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned.
Must:
- Candidate must possess at least “O” Level / “N” Level / ITE;
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office;
- Courteous, resourceful, pleasant, and approachable;
- Good interpersonal communication skills;
- Able to read and write in Chinese to liaise with associates.
Working Hours:
- Mon to Fri – 8:15am to 5:30pm;
- Before confirmation Sat – 8:15am to 3:00pm;
- After confirmation Sat – 8:15am to 12:30pm.
Added Advantage:
- Basic plumbing knowledge;
- Experience in a related position.
Salary:
- Basic Salary – $1,600.00 & above
