Sales Coordinator cum Admin Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Performs all general administrative tasks;
  • Handles incoming/outgoing mails and answering phone calls, include customer’s inquiry;
  • Provides administrative support to the sales and service department;
  • Generate Quotation, Delivery Order & Invoices;
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned.

 

Must:

  • Candidate must possess at least “O” Level / “N” Level / ITE;
  • Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office;
  • Courteous, resourceful, pleasant, and approachable;
  • Good interpersonal communication skills;
  • Able to read and write in Chinese to liaise with associates.

 

Working Hours:

  • Mon to Fri – 8:15am to 5:30pm;
  • Before confirmation Sat – 8:15am to 3:00pm;
  • After confirmation Sat – 8:15am to 12:30pm.

 

Added Advantage:

  • Basic plumbing knowledge;
  • Experience in a related position.

 

Salary:

  • Basic Salary – $1,600.00 & above
