E-Commerce Executive Cum Admin Assistant

Job descriptions:

  • Manage eCommerce platform and online marketplaces (Facebook, Google, Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, etc);
  • Handle enquiries from eCommerce platforms and online marketplaces;
  • Assist in all aspects from order processing, delivery and return or exchanges from customers’ orders across eCommerce and online platforms;
  • Monitor and maintain stock level to ensure sufficient stock level to meet demand, analyse the stock performance;
  • Assist to resolve operational issues, and implement improvements to ensure operations are established and implemented properly;
  • Performs all general administrative tasks;
  • Handles incoming/outgoing mails and answers phone calls, including customer enquiry;
  • Provides administrative support to sales and service department;
  • Arrangement service appointment with the client/s;
  • Generate Purchase Order, Quotation, Delivery Order & Invoices;
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / “O” Level / “A” Level / ITE or equivalent;
  • Required skill(s): Photoshop, MS Excel, MS Office;
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience preferably from the plumbing and sanitary industry;
  • Courteous, resourceful, pleasant and approachable;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Positive mindset, self-initiative and IT savvy;
  • Able to start work immediately.

Working Hour:

  • Mon to Fri – 8:30 am to 5:30 pm;
  • Sat – 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.

Added Advantage:

  • Able to read and write in Chinese to liaise with associates;
  • Basic plumbing knowledge;
  • Experience in a related position.
