i contacted Crizto via Whatsapp off office hours and was presently surprised the Amos replied promptly and provided information on the rain shower set which I was enquiring. Appointment was made quickly when I made the decision to have it installed. The Staff Michael and his men did a good job during installation as well. When PUB officer alerted me this morning that there is a leak in my water pipe, I immediately looked at the PUB’s recommended list of licensed plumbers and managed to contact Crizto at the 1st instance. Crizto arranged straightaway for a team to view my water installation and did a thorough diagnosis of the situation. Upon confirmation that the leak was from an underground pipe, and upon my agreement, Crizto team initiated the repair and necessary replacement of the section of water pipe immediately. The repair and replacement works were speedily and efficiently done. Engaging Crizto is the right choice I’ve made. My sincere thanks to Anthony, Amos, Michael and the team of hardworking staff.

I contacted Amos regarding my taps leaking issues. I was happy they were able to give me cost quotations based on the photos and video I sent them. This enabled me to make a quick decision to engage their services.They were also able to do the tap replacements the next day. The workers arrived punctually and were friendly and careful in their work. They tested the new taps to be working properly and cleaned up the place before leaving. I called Mr Phua, a PUB Licensed plumber before 10am to assist with pipe leakage and Mr Phua responded immediately and sent his team within half an hour.Anthony and his colleagues from Crizto Singapore Pte Ltd arrived promptly. His team did a quick assessment of where the leak might be as there were no visible signs of it.They had the proper tools and equipment to handle the job.They coordinated promptly with PUB whose team arrived very shortly.They were careful to keep the hacking to a minimum and the teamwork was impressive.When they finished the job with minimum fuss or hassle, the hacked and repaired area was bareful visible, a testimony to their workmanship.Kudos to Anthony, and his colleagues, Kumar and another whom I did not register his name and Crizto for a job well done, undertaken with due care, teamwork and professionalism.I will recommend Crizto to my friends and colleagues.

Did you remember my sharing on moving to a new home this April? And that's where I got new furnitures and did a positive review? Well, now we had an issue of leaking pipes in this new home!So nice of PUB to visit and alerted us on the water leak. We quickly got 3 different companies to quote, to help us solve our leak issue. Why we chose Crizto finally was because we found Amos to be very responsive, was confident to solve our issues and he said he knew where the leak was. We couldn't find the riser and was worried that the plumbers may have issue with the repairs. However, he is very knowledgeable and shared the step by step process to solve the leak. His quotation was reasonable and so we proceeded with his company. Though he had many other onsite job on hand, his team came immediately the next day and prioritise our job firs!. The work took 3 days to complete, As the boss of the company, Amos came onsite personally each day to check, and monitor their performance as well as update us the process and what his team will do. Well, when it comes to Crizto, I have only one word -- Committed.I have tried several repair services. All the years of calling for emergency repairs or simply just normal maintenances, I have never come across someone who is so committed as Amos. I chanced upon his company one day and I would say his services were unbelievably excellent! Years have passed and his pleasant, helpful and professional attitude remain unchanged.Let me introduce you to Amos, the boss of Crizto. He is one of a kind, ha ha, extremely rare, at least to me. Upon our first meeting he already gave very professional advice without the expectation that his services would be engaged. He is transparent with his knowledge and does not withhold anything from you.I remembered on our first meeting, I had engaged another contractor instead and ended up paying so much more without having my problem resolved. When I chanced upon his team, they were able to detect the piping problem so fast that the flooding nightmare in my house was instantly resolved!I have since engaged him on several occasions and each time his team does not disappoint. His men are well trained and friendly. They are able to quickly locate the fault and give very detailed explanations on their investigations. Thier work is very neat and clean, with guaranteed high quality after care services.Personally, I am unable to find any fault with them as they provide extremely impressive work. Tip top services! WA them to share about our water-heater / tap problem just over the Xmas holidays, they replied right away informing that they will revert on the first business day after the holidays! You need a HDB approved plumber to install/replace your water heater tank, since 2018. It is an offence not to, so I found out on firstly from a post on home DIY fb page and verified it on the PUB website. Every other avenue I asked, Lazada sellers, physical shops, all insists that no need approved plumber, their plumbers are very skilled. Anyway, I preferred a safer option (do the play with your life). My previous water heater was installed without an earth wire! When I compared the new and previous plumbing works, it was world’s apart. Very prompt replies and professional service and follow up. Professional and skilled workers. Pay a bit more for better quality work and peace of mind, it’s worth it.

We were very bothered by water coming down from our toilet ceiling and also into our kitchen cabinets which was sharing the wall with the toilet. Amos sent his staff to check and they had their equipment ready to be able to identify the leak on the first visit . The leak was quickly resolved with my neighbour’s agreement and repairs to our ceiling plus other aesthetic works were followed up promptly. At every point, Amos will ask about our satisfaction of the repairs and if any improvement needed. Crizto has set a very high standard for service which is so far quite unmatched in our opinion.

Quite happy with the service that Crizto has rendered. Eventhough it was like a last minute enquiry and to install only 1 unit of sink tap, Crizto still responded and asked me all the fine details to furnish him so that he is able to recommend me which fitting is better suited.The workers are quite confident in their work and they inform us on what is their next step. They also inform us that the hose washer is already worn out and need to be replaced.

A long time coming for this review..but better late than never,I say..Our water closet kept refilling water and had a constant hissing sound and as can be expected,we were quite anxious to get it fixed right away. Knowing that it was a Sunday and urgent plumbing services/enquiries wouldnt be so easy to be addressed,i just kept my fingers crossed and called many many plumbers,and yes,nobody answered our calls as expected.However,imagine my suprise when my call to Crizto's office was picked up by someone who identified himself as Amos,whom i reckon would be the head honcho himself. He was veey patient and friendly,listened intently to my issues at hand and immediately made arrangements for his colleague Wendy to call me 1st thing the next morning to arrange for an immediate house visit and repair by his technicians.Pricing quoted and actual bill was very fair and I definitely felt that their professional services far exceeded our expectations. I decided to give Crizto a shot after reading the great reviews and I am very glad I did. If you are looking for an experienced, meticulous and yet creative plumber, then Crizto is the one.They installed exposed water pipes in my bathroom and their workmanship was 👍👍👍. I know the difference coz I had bad plumbing work done before and was none the wiser then. Therefore with Crizto, I was not going to let their good reviews cloud my judgement. From my 1st conversation with their boss Amos, I requested for some customization to the pipes and he was able to add on to my idea to make it even better. I knew I was on the right track! The final look of the installation was a dream. It had all the fittings I wanted and the installation went very smoothly. Not to mention, his men were skillful and well-mannered. Thank you Crizto!! Came here to get a toilet cover replacement. We had confirmation of product availabilty via WhatsApp before the visit. Good to call them first before dropping by. Staff made additional effort to locate the cover as the product I am still using was replaced with newer model. The service is good but the location is not that convenient if travelling by public transport.

Recently, I engaged Crizto to replace my concealed shower mixer at a Condo development in the West. 2 technicians came on 2 occasions; the 1st occasion to hack out, remove the old malfunctioned mixer & install a new mixer and the 2nd occasion to put back the wall tiles after ascertaining that the new mixer was working well with no leaks. Their technicians were highly professional; attentive to minor details & careful to minimize the hack area so that only 1pc of wall tile was removed. Although it might be a small job, it was still photographed & properly documented. The workmanship was excellent & the new mixer was installed neatly with all the affected areas & walkway protected during the works; cleared & restored upon completion. I am greatly satisfied with the overall job and will not hesitate to recommend them to any household who is looking for a highly qualified licensed plumber.

My toilet bowl was leaking. It didn’t help that it was one of those that are built-in and tiled up to appear sleekly fitting into the bathroom. Crizto was able still to detect the source of the leak. While I had to replace the whole WC because of its previously built-in set-up, Crizto did it not just efficiently but also very neatly. Amos and his fellow worker were organised and well prepared. By the time they finished, the bathroom was cleared of all debris. A very good job indeed.

For many years, there was water seeping out of the wall in our living room to the point that I felt depressed to even be at home. Many contractors have came to assess but none with credible solutions. Amos of Crizto was the only one who confidently narrowed the problem to the rainwater downpipe. After a lot of deliberation, we decided to proceed with the repairs, even though it meant a lot of uncertainty and the huge mess in our house. Throughout the last three days, I could see the dedication in Amos’s team, foremen Michael & Chong who worked tirelessly with the workers to excavate and locate the stack pipes underground , reconstructing the new bypass and patching up the hacking in my house. I saw the workers doing their work among the mud in a tiny recess area most of the time, my hearts goes to them. It has just rained heavily and previously I would have been panicking to try get enough cloth to soak up the water on the floor. But now the floor remains dry. Thank you for saving my sanity!

Had an underground leak on the premisses while travelling overseas. So had to communicate with Mr Amos via mostly via phone/mail to settle the matter. I absolutely recommend Crizto for all your plumbing work! They did a fantastic job and kept me updated at every stage with photos and videos of the process. It was a massive job requiring lots of hacking, digging, rerouting etc. It was all done in a very professional manner. Even during and after the job the whole area was cleaned thoroughly. I moved into a brand new place last year. Unbeknownst to me, the plumbers from the developer's side had done a really shoddy job installing the piping in my hallway bathroom.After 6 months of regular use, I discovered that the exit pipe was leaking wastewater into the laminate cabinet and onto the floor. Not fun.I called Crizto on the recommendation of a friend. After I sent them photos of the problem, they made arrangements for a site visit. They were able to send someone down the very next day (which I'm thankful for -- having one bathroom out of commission was very inconvenient).It turns out that when the developers installed the plumbing under the sink, they'd shoved a smaller pipe into the larger pipe protruding from the wall (meant to let out the wastewater from the sink), and then loosely connected the two using a silicone sealant. The proper method is to use a converter to secure the smaller pipe tightly into the larger pipe: using silicone to seal the gap is one of the worst methods for waterproofing. It's like putting sticky tape on a punctured tire -- it will only work for a short while.The pipes had also been installed slanted downwards, with wastewater flowing *away* from the exit pipe (the exact opposite of what you want). The wastewater ended up flowing into the cup-shaped trap and staying there.Crizto redid the joints using PVC piping and a rubber sealer. He also corrected the angle of the pipe by slanting it the other way so water would flow out smoothly.Prices were very reasonable. The job took about an hour, and he also helped me check the other bathroom (since I'd begun to question the workmanship of all the plumbing in the house). Thankfully, the other bathroom was OK.Overall, I'd recommend Crizto if you want the job done well - no shortcuts.

Amazing workmanship and service!A few months ago my home received an unusually high water bill.. we called the Singapore Plumbing Society to engage someone to help fix the problem. A few hours later, Amos from Crizto shows up.. for those who need an English speaking plumber, Amos is your man!Crizto managed to fix our leak (which was under our driveway) within just a couple of days.. their workmanship is superb.On to the next project..We recently did some light addition and alteration to an apartment.. if you are dreading engaging a separate contractor for flooring, painting, cleaning etc, Crizto is also the company to look for! Amos took care of everything!Special mention must go to their on site project manager Michael and his team.. they are the most patient and dedicated workers I have ever come across in Singapore.. they were happy to fix every small issue, and did so with a smile..Besides the great workmanship, I would recommend Crizto mainly because of their work ethic..
