Request for Product Servicing under Warranty
Customer may obtain product servicing under warranty by:
1) Contacting Crizto Singapore at 6287 5287;
2) Contacting Crizto Singapore via WhatsApp at 8382 5022;
3) Send in the Service Request Form via fax at 6287 9287 or email to warranty@crizto.com
Customer must present a copy of the authorised retailer’s sales invoice or receipt as proof of purchase together with the Crizto Singapore Pte Ltd Warranty Card. Crizto Singapore Pte Ltd will not be liable to repair any product of unknown origin.
Customer is recommended to provide all known relevant details of the product and nature of the problem to assist expediting the identification and rectification of the fault. Customers will be charged transportation and/or service fee for misidentification of product or fault.
On-site servicing strictly by appointment on weekdays from 1400hrs to 1700hrs. Transportation fee will be charged for subsequent service request if the customer is absent when the service crew arrived on the agreed date.
Crizto Singapore Pte Ltd has the right to request the return of the faulty product for inspection or repair.
Customer may carry-in small or portable product for servicing. Transportation fee will apply if customer requires product to be sent back.
Exclusions and Limitations
The warranty is for products meant for normal residential domestic usage only.
Regardless of interim service within that period, warranty shall expire after five years from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear;
- Corrosion due to usage of cleaning liquid and/or acidic liquid that caused chemical reactions to the product;
- Effects of hard water;
- Damage due to inadequate flushing of system;
- Damage caused by excessive incoming water pressure;
- Damage to finishes by adhesives & sealants etc;
- Small particulates remaining in existing pipes;
- Any damages resulting from misuse, abuse or neglect.
The warranty will cease if:
- No sales invoice as proof of purchase;
- The Warranty Card is defaced or altered;
- Accidental damage;
- Improper installation;
- Installation by non-licensed plumber;
- Products not installed according to relevant local standards and regulations;
- Fitting of other devices to the product;
- Products used for incorrect applications;
- Unauthorised alterations or modifications.
Limited Warranty for Non-residential Usage
A non-residential premise is deemed to be any business, hotel, airport, hospital or place that is not by nature a domestic dwelling. The warranty period will be one (1) year from the date of purchase, as stated in the Crizto Singapore Pte Ltd or authorised retailer’s sales invoice covering replacement of product in whole or part for manufacturer defects.
All other Warranty Policy stated herein applies. $87.20 charges applied for on-site servicing.
All warranty information, product features and specifications are subject to change without prior notice. Crizto Singapore Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising out of breach of this warranty or any implied warranty.
